For many years this country has had it all wrong when it comes to taxing; We are at a very high tax rate when it comes to industry who wish to compete global "Warren Buffet stated that we should be taxing the very rich," In this country where thirty five percent is the average rate for industry we are setting up our labor market to truly leave and develop in countries such as Ireland where the tax rate is about eleven to fifteen percent many corporations are surviving here in the States however, they also have set their corporations up in these countries who will allow them more appeasing tax breaks, Over hundred thousand companies have done this we are talking about trillions of dollars along with five hundred thousand of positions in the labor force .

United States have yet to submit to a clear plan to satisfy it's people the middle class are being threaten with more taxes when in essence you (cannot get blood from a rock) The labor market has failed to deliver a well devise plan to enhance the workforce needs instead constantly out the door are companies seeking refuge in other countries; Our deficits have been consistent we cannot expect these companies to be apologetic about leaving they are in business to make profit, What we can do is have  higher expectations for these corporations to hire more people here in the States with their profits which will only make more residuals for them.

2012 is upon us and to this country as we have seen many times over campaign trail are starting to flood with promise of who can deliver, Although to some their intentions may be promising they have no recourse because the actuality it is the corporations who really decides just look at what took place with the stimulas package , Nancy Pelosi took advantage of an opportunity to spotlight this packet without consideration that thousands were loosing their homes the Pharmacutical and Insurance companies were the benifactors along with the banks they had it all wrong .

Exploitation of our Babies

Recently the media has been focus on many genre's of children in the fashion industry. Although, many have their own opinion around this it should not go without notice, Reality television open the gateway for much of this and for some unforeseen reason they too are cashing in on this subject.

When we began to turn our heads and look the other way, we have given into that which we know is considered unsavory. Our babies/children are our most sacred being, they are an extension of us. Our future and legacy; If this is to be so then why are we allowing the industry to take what is truly innocent and implicate them into a world of pedophilia  The entertainment industry may look glamorous to our children however, as adults we know differently, So why do we continue allowing this to monopolize the consensus of our moral compass?

When we no longer see the value in our children they will eventually not see our value as a nation nor as parents ; To have a 10year old girl to dress seductively and pose no matter what the intentions were, she attracted the wrong subscribers,This make many of us look at the dark side of our intercepted self;

Values today has been diluted , Perhaps we can say the reason is" babies having babies" for about forty years. So, we are looking at four to five generations not raising their children with morals and values in place ;

If you have grandparents at twenty five years old we need to take a chill pill and look at this situation more intelligently. The entertainment industry has a lot to do with this the polarizing of the Amendments of the Constitution without explanatory measures;  Government has made it very difficult for families to raise their children in the proper manner parents have had to use television as the glorified babysitter which did not help.

Children have become the reporters or police of their parents with the threat of abuse , However, it is okay to allow them to entertain the thought of what is shown on the tube is reality and is constantly being repeated it is the times where celebrity ism is in control our children are being led by these actions all in the name of money and ratings;

We are a country who think we are number one in all area's however, guess again perhaps we are utilizing our computer skills on "Face Book" certainly we have become more entertained there, being so it is a numbers game. Mean while India, China, Japan, Nigeria, has evolved and moving leading and US we are entertained.

How many friends we can gather than when it becomes so overwhelming we get upset and want to un-friend those who may not respond or those who do not fit into our little box (no not the sand box) although sometimes I, wonder, If we were really bookies we would be laughing all the way to the bank or Pay Pal. (that's what good bookies) do instead we calculate how many friends and that becomes a status why have status if your not getting paid?

Face book if used properly could be a great marketing tool however,one must understand the real bookies number game ,When you have a book with thousands of numbers that is money you must understand in today's society it is what counts ; Those who are in the know understand what I, am speaking of.Getting on with the point many people are without employment here in this country because they cannot find work according to the labor statistics, many Americans are unemployed due to the fact they are not computer literate enough. Tonight two once important men, will began a Poverty Tour Alliance at 10:00pm on Face Book; The problem has come to my attention that these same two men have been making tours all around the country selling this tour when in actually they are bashing "President Obama".
Everyone has an agenda for why they do what they do and in some aspect understandable; However, for these two men to take their circus on the road camouflaging this as a Poverty Tour is quite subject to many. Poverty is not a color issue and if so what have they done in these so called communities themselves to prevent this other than selling books and getting signings?  To often we feed into the backlash of these paid political abusers without thought based off who they are instead of who's they are? Men with no value for themselves nor their communities. If for any reason we do not need so called leaders to represent the "African American People." Poverty is a human issue without color barriers,  these educated men know this their job is to play the divide and conquer game, so that you will stay misembobulated. When 2012 comes along because of the redderick you will go along with the opposing party . This is what is referred to as sell-out;
We need to be aware of what is important for all that is concern let us not make this journey to the big house a racial situation because it is not . What is worst is the old saying  when "Good Men Do Nothing" for the young voters out there and reading this article you must do your homework make sure you are registered in the correct location, If you have had problems with Law Enforcement and created a felony file make sure you look into it so when it is time to vote they will not be turning you away at the door. Evaluating the labor market today, we find according to the national statistics of the employment market we have a vast majority of baby boomers who are becoming unemployed. As the market adjusts to the financial sting many of these boomers have developed a sense of curiosity of questioning does age matter? Perhaps it the underline tones that nobody wishes to speak about.

Also this has become openly notice when shopping or communicating with major companies we must work with everyday; Integration of the New Pop Culture has not been a welcoming experience for many, Lets face it the new Pop Culture are more technical suave than baby boomers although customer service has taken a plunge we still find ourselves with unanswered questions of why?

Training classes on diversity may be helpful however, teaching our seniors how to effectively utilize the computer could have made an affective  amount of difference working together sharing the of the wealth, Now what has been created is a group of independent adults, who must look towards the government to fund early retirement. Along with companies wondering why their production rate has dropped over what was once projection of their annually census is now, null and void;

Providing the training in many communities would not cost the tax payers it just seems it is the right thing to do. Believing in the old adage "give a man a fish he will feed himself " or "teach a man to fish and he will feed a nation".
In our society today careers last about 5year average much difference in time to the twenty years, then retire with the gold watch. Just does not happen any longer although a great number of seniors are now experiencing second time around families raising their grandchildren. We need to look at this situation in great depths before we will have to pay at a greater cost.
