Training classes on diversity may be helpful however, teaching our seniors how to effectively utilize the computer could have made an affective  amount of difference working together sharing the of the wealth, Now what has been created is a group of independent adults, who must look towards the government to fund early retirement. Providing the training in many communities would not cost the tax payers it just seems it is the right thing to do. Believing in the old adage "give a man a fish he will feed himself " or "teach a man to fish and he will feed a nation".
In our society today careers last about 5year average much difference in time to the twenty years, then retire with the gold watch. Just does not happen any longer although a great number of seniors are now experiencing second time around families raising their grandchildren. We need to look at this situation in great depths before we will have to pay at a greater cost.
